Root &
Rise
TBC 2025
West Cork, Ireland
We will move and dance, into Summer’s light, thawing out stagnation and releasing tension that may be holding you back.
There will be plenty of time for integration to solidify your experience so that you leave the retreat with an embodied knowing of all that has emerged.
Sarah Forristal, Ana Mepham & John Fleming
Our retreat takes place at the beginning of May, a time of growth and abundance, where new ideas can root and blossom.
Through breathwork and embodiment practices you will experience the root of you, your core, deep within your bones. A remembering of who you are.
From this rooted place you will explore the gentle spiraling upward movement of kundalini energy. An energy that is always there to be tapped into.
There will be nervous system exploration. An opportunity to get to know your default patterning and learn ways of moving out of freeze or overwhelm.

Nature &
Nurture
In collaboration with
TBC 2025
Suffolk, UK
This workshop is aimed at those seeking to nurture a deeper understanding of themselves in relationship with others, and nature.
If you wish to develop a deeper understanding of yourself in relationship with others and nature and enhance your personal understanding this may be for you.
We will be working with outdoor immersion, movement, meditation, shamanic practice, relationship with place and group process.
The aim will be to work outdoors as much as possible adapting to whatever emerges from the environment and the group whilst facilitating you to reflect and take learnings back into your lives.

Focus &
Flourish
In collaboration with
TBC 2026
Residential Bristol, UK
For empaths, changemakers, and people from all professions who help and support others, it can feel like we never refuel on seemingly endless journeys.
As individuals, we want to make a positive difference in the world, yet we become diluted – by others, by daily life, and by the intensity of attention-taking tasks we are assailed by.
At this retreat, we invite you to come together and focus. Through Jayne and our skilled holders of space, you’ll find the guidance to pull yourself back to yourself.
Step up, step out, and step forward – intentionally and instinctively.
We will help you reignite what has been forgotten, steering and guiding you to focus on what truly matters now.
Jayne Morris & John Fleming
We are excited to announce the Focus & Flourish retreat, an event designed to harness the transformative power of focused attention.
In these times, it feels inescapable to become fragmented and scattered.
There are so many pulls on our time and attention. There are multiple distractions and influences – and they deplete our capacity and frequency.
We are surrounded by technology, immersed in highly populated spaces,
and constantly in transit. This leads to system depletion, and we are doing all of it solo.
These are the most anti-social times that humans have ever lived in.

The Approach
Holistic Approach
Our approach spans across the humanistic, integrative, systemic, neuroscience, shamanic, transpersonal, experiential, somatic and holistic modalities.
Cognitively with the mind
Cognitively and emotionally we mainly work with Transactional Analysis. TA is a model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. It was originally developed in the 1950s by the late Eric Berne, MD. The theory of TA, looks at the structure of personality; transactions, the way we relate to others; time structuring; the psychological “games” we play; and life scripts. We also use NLP, IFS, CBT, Gestalt, positive psychology and the systemic approaches of Family & Coaching Constellations.
Emotionally with the heart
On the neuroscience non verbal side of things we use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Meditation.
Somatically with the body
Somatically we use Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork and Dance. Working outdoors also leads to a deeper somatic experience.
Spiritually with the soul
Spiritually we take a shamanic approach. Shamanism is the oldest spiritual and healing practice on the planet dating back 50,000 years. This tradition has grown out of humanity’s experience of evolving out of the earth and our intimate connections to our mother. Shamanism is the path to knowledge which is gained through experience of many aspects of life, such as rituals, ceremonies, prayer, meditation, trials and tests. It is the practise, or discipline of interconnectedness and unlimited potential; which can create a total transformation of self.

A life giving process
for
Becoming You
This holistic approach invites you to develop awareness as to what may be preventing you from accessing your own true nature in the inner and outer expressions of your life.
We explores your resources and capacity for self-determination and ability to integrate your internal and external self.
What To Expect
01.
Group Process
Groups permeate our lives—from families, to learning groups, to social groups, community groups and work groups, most of us are part of multiple groups throughout our lives.
A coaching group gives you a chance to interact with other people in a safe environment, and explore who you are in relationship with others.
It may initially feel like an odd idea that being open and vulnerable with a group of strangers is possible. And it is precisely because it is a group of strangers who we are very unlikely to meet outside the boundaries of the group, that we are able to give ourselves permission to explore and express feelings that we would not do in our ‘real’ relationships.
Group process supports you in:
- Knowing that there are others like you & that you are not alone
- Recognising how others are different from you
- Deepening your self-awareness
- learning about the responses you invite in others
- understanding your own responses to others, specific types of emotions and situation
- Opportunities to share who you are and receive recognition
- Experience others sharing and opportunities to affirm their identity
- Lasting, meaningful connections with others
- Diverse perspectives
02.
Working Outdoors

A part of our unique way of working is to embrace the outdoors.
Ecological work can take the form of simply walking and talking and/or using focused awareness exercises whilst outdoors.
You do not need to be ‘super fit’ or even particularly outdoors-orientated to benefit from this setting.
03.
Personal Enquiry & Self Reflection

The purpose of personal inquiry is to drill down to the core stories you tell yourself – inviting you to see what story you are telling yourself unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and inviting you to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on you.
Self-reflection involves setting aside time to reflect on learning or an experience. This usually involves acknowledging, examining and evaluating your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
- Invitations to explore your identity
- Self connection practices
- Exercises to guide your self exploration
- Resources to support your inquiry & reflection
